These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of welar.io and any services provided by Welar ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About Welar

Welar is a Skool community management agency that provides community setup, content management, moderation, strategy, and related services to content creators, coaches, and educators. We are not affiliated with or officially endorsed by Skool.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals and businesses who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
  • Have been approved through our eligibility process

Submission of an eligibility application does not guarantee service. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.

3. Services

3.1 Service Agreement The specific scope of services, pricing, and contract length are outlined in the individual Service Agreement signed between Welar and each client. These Terms apply in addition to, and not in replacement of, that agreement.

3.2 Setup Services Setup services begin upon receipt of the setup fee and signed agreement. Delivery is estimated at 48–72 hours from payment, subject to timely receipt of required assets and approvals from the client.

3.3 Ongoing Management Ongoing management services are provided on a monthly basis under a 6-month (Standard) or 12-month (VIP) contract. Services include community management, content strategy, moderation, analytics reporting, and related services as outlined in the Service Agreement.

3.4 Done-For-You Skool The Done-For-You Skool product is a standalone productized service. Delivery is estimated at 48–72 hours from payment. Ongoing management under a revenue share agreement is offered separately following delivery.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Setup Fee A one-time setup fee of $499 is required before work commences. This fee is non-refundable once work has begun.

4.2 Revenue ShareOngoing management is charged as 30% of gross Skool community revenue generated during each calendar month, with a minimum monthly floor of:

  • $499/month for Standard (6-month) contracts
  • $399/month for VIP (12-month) contracts

4.3 Invoicing Welar invoices clients at the end of each calendar month based on verified Skool revenue. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4.4 Revenue Verification Clients agree to provide accurate and complete Skool revenue data upon request. Welar reserves the right to request dashboard access or revenue screenshots for verification purposes. Intentional misrepresentation of revenue constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

4.5 Payment Processing Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

5. Contract Duration & Cancellation

5.1 Standard Contract The minimum contract term is 6 months from the date of the signed Service Agreement. After the initial term, the contract continues on a rolling monthly basis until either party provides 30 days written notice of cancellation.

5.2 VIP Contract The minimum contract term is 12 months from the date of the signed Service Agreement. After the initial term, the contract continues on a rolling monthly basis until either party provides 30 days written notice of cancellation.

5.3 Early Termination Early termination of a contract before the minimum term expires does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid. Welar reserves the right to invoice for the remaining floor minimum payments for the unexpired portion of the contract term.

5.4 Termination by Welar Welar reserves the right to terminate a client's contract with 14 days notice if:

  • The client repeatedly fails to provide required content, assets, or approvals
  • The client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive behavior
  • Payment obligations are not met within 14 days of the due date
  • The client's community violates Skool's terms of service

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable Welar to deliver services effectively, the client agrees to:

  • Provide required brand assets, content input, and approvals in a timely manner
  • Show up in their community as the face and voice of the brand
  • Respond to reasonable requests from Welar within 48 hours on business days
  • Maintain accurate Skool revenue records and share them upon request
  • Not share Welar's proprietary strategies, templates, or systems with third parties

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities does not entitle the client to a reduction in fees or early termination without penalty.

7. Account Access & Ownership

7.1 Skool Account Welar holds administrative access to the client's Skool community for the purpose of delivering management services. All membership payments flow directly to the client's connected payment account.

7.2 Content & Assets Content created by Welar during the engagement (posts, graphics, strategies, calendars) is created for the client's use. Upon conclusion of a completed contract, all deliverables transfer to the client.

7.3 Return of Access Upon contract termination, Welar will relinquish all admin access to the client's Skool community within 5 business days, provided all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.

8. Intellectual Property

Welar retains ownership of its proprietary systems, frameworks, templates, landing pages and methodologies. Clients are licensed to use deliverables created for them but may not resell or sublicense Welar's underlying systems or processes.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the contract.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Welar provides professional community management services based on best practices and industry experience. However, we do not guarantee specific results including member counts, revenue levels, or growth rates. Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including the client's audience, content quality, niche, and market conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Welar's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Welar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Welar, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Content you provide or publish in your community
  • Your violation of any third party's rights
  • Copyright or FTC disclosure violations in your community

13. FTC Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring their community content complies with applicable FTC disclosure requirements. Welar will flag required disclosures in content it creates, but ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the client.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as an EU consumer.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
